Rates are fetched once and cached locally for 6 hours. Fast, offline-friendly, and easy on bandwidth.

Straightforward by design
Four interactions, that’s all. Open it, pick your currencies, type a number, done.
Pick your currencies
Open either dropdown and start typing a code (USD, TRY, EUR…) or a name. Select from the filtered list.
Type an amount
Enter a number in the left field to convert from, or in the right field to reverse-calculate. Both fields are live.
Swap if needed
Press the ⇄ Swap button to flip the pair and recalculate without touching the dropdowns again.
Rates stay fresh
Each currency pair is cached for 6 hours. The status bar shows the live rate and when it was last fetched.
Three commands, any Linux distro
The archive contains a pre-built .flatpak file — no compilation, no dependency hunting. Flatpak runs on every major Linux distribution.
